It’s been 8 long weeks of brain numbing learning and the time to let the rubber hit the road has come. If you have searched high and low for what to do and who to do it with, we have some very common ground.

Surely I can’t be the only person that has been lost in the sea of cyber space, wandering around aimlessly, looking, reading, analysing and finally jumping into a brand new world. Maybe I am, but I just might not be alone.

Don’t let your emotions, dreams and high hopes cloud the reality. If this was meant to be easy, everyone would be doing it. Unfortunately there are too many people who are simply not committed to their visions of success.

Winners never quit and quitters never win!

The time it takes to make an impact in this industry will vary depending on countless factors with the option of walking away a continual temptation. Stay strong.

The process for me has been long… even for someone of reasonable intelligence.

If I could accuse myself of anything it would be a touch of paralysis by analysis and things can certainly happen a lot quicker if you have even a basic understanding of life online of which I had zero.

Having said that, if you have done nothing online accept for possibly buying something on Ebay, we are cut from the same loaf of bread so to speak.

If you knew what a URL was, knew how to get a domain up and running or had even heard of a back link before, you are well ahead of where I started.

Sometimes it can be like finishing high school in 3 months but this is not a race. If you are committed to making changes in your MLM and you want to get results from your efforts, the journey will be half the fun.

Where did it all start for me?

It started like many people. There was a need to find quicker, more efficient ways to build an MLM business than the offline traditional ways.

Step No1. Find a Mentor.

Someone who is happy to help, someone with abundance thinking and someone who you can gel with that won’t be charging you for the knowledge he or she shares…(Easier said than done but very possible and it won’t cost an arm and a leg to do it).

Welcome to the 1st hurdle. Sorting out the fake from the real. Understanding which people are interested in helping you and who are the ones purely looking to help themselves.

There is no secret here. Surf the net using key word phrases that are relevant to what you are seeking and be careful to not be distracted.

It takes time to research and the hours of reading can be frustrating. My advice is to follow through to the money part, get all the info in front of you, ascertain whether or not the opportunity sits well with you and then put it on hold.

Do not make an emotional decision here.

There will be countless marketers with amazing websites and selling scripts to get your blood curdling. They all seemed to have the information I was looking BUT if you’re not looking for a quick fix, take your time.

Once you have found someone whose personality sits well with you, there will be excitement in the air and your keenness to get started will give you a real burst of hope, apprehension all of which carries a shadow of self doubt.

The biggest step for you right now to alleviate the doubts is to set your budget and understand your personal expectations. Share them with your mentor before moving any further. It could save a lot of anguish at later stages.

If your budget is just about zero, it can still be done. There is a great saying online. It will either cost you money or time. Make your decisions and set your expectations accordingly.

If you have no money to invest, forget what you don’t have and remember what you do have. It will just take longer…. but since when has success been a race?

You are now ready to begin the process. Tomorrow I will outline exactly what has had to be done and think of this as we look forward.

If I’ve managed to scare you away from starting an online MLM, it’s a good thing because you haven’t waisted your time on a pipe dream.

On the other hand you may be looking forward to tomorrow just as much as I am.
