Brian Tracy Success Review

Brian Tracy is a renowned motivational mentor recognised around the world for his wisdom and followed by millions.

Just to prove that you don’t need a university degree to be successful, Brian never completed college and got his hands dirty in the working arena with labouring and dish washing assignments to pay the bills.

Ultimately Brian found the field of sales and with that came a passion for analysing the habits and attitudes of the people.

His mission was simple. What are the differences between those that succeed and those that don’t?
And… He went on to earn A Masters Degree at the University of Alberta when in his 30′s.

The Brian Tracy success train quickly gathered momentum. He is now a dynamic and inspirational speaker with an enormous following around the world.

His seminars on leadership, motivation, goal setting, success psychology and time management to name a few continually captivate audiences everywhere.

In fact, it is estimated that Brian has spoken to over two million people in 23 countries, has been an author of 23 books and has produced more than 300 audio and video programs.

In addition, he has worked with over 500 companies and is the chairman of Brian Tracy International, a human resource company with affiliates throughout America and 33 countries worldwide.

Brian has turned a passion for learning into a multi-million dollar career with an enormous amount of education available for anyone aspiring to better tomorrow than they are today.

Whilst diligent research can find a lot of his material online at no cost, there is generally some sort of outlay for his education but in my opinion it would be money well spent.

Some of his training programs include The Psychology of Achievement, Breaking the Success Barrier, The Science of Self Confidence, Psychology of Selling and How to Master Your Time, all of which would be valuable assets to your self development library.

Brian is a highly respected author and marketer in the self improvement industry who is now one of the founders for ILearningGlobal which shares the teachings of highly successful leaders to the masses via new wave education online.

He has been an inspiration to many and his wisdom and guidance has provided valuable insight into how personal growth and success can be achieved.

Goal Setting for MLM Fortune Seekers

A little over 1 month ago I came across someone I had heard of before but never really studied, until now. His name is Bill Dartman and he is one of the ILearning Global mentors.

Bills philosophy in this area is unique in the way it challenges you to really focus on realistic and attainable goals with his blue print to reach them being extremely powerful.

There is a 10 step pathway to putting your goals together.

1) Make sure it’s your own goal.
Sounds simple in practice but it is amazing how many people spend their lives chasing the dreams of others. To a degree I have definitely been guilty of this easy process. Make sure the goals are owned y you. They are real. You can smell them, you can see them, and you can feel what it’s like to achieve them. They are your driving force.

2) Don’t call it a goal.
A little confusing perhaps but here’s the reason why. Reality and history suggests that 70 % of goals are missed by average people. However, A Promise has a 98% success rate. Making a promise to yourself is a commitment. Promises are not broken lightly and will generally reflect the level of integrity held by an individual.

3) Clearly identify the Promise.
There is no room for grey areas here. This will totally clarify your very own expectation. Be precise with dates and any other particular that could be construed as open ended or ambiguous.

4) Use the tools around you.
This includes both positive and negative motivators. The negative ones would be the person that continues to tell you what can and can’t be achieved

5) Create a Promise plan.
No business can hope to be successful without some sort of business plan.
Ask yourself these questions when developing a plan.
• What are we going to do and what do we want to achieve?
• When do we want to achieve the goals by?
• Where will I be when the goal comes to fruition?
• Why do I want this to be so?
• Who do I need to help me make this happen?
• How will we ultimately make it happen?

6) Review the plan regularly.
Go over the plan every single day. Eat it, breathe it, and sleep it. It has to be real, it has to be a growing thing that you are nurturing and bringing to life.
Put posters up on the wall, magnets on the fridge. Put reminders anywhere you can think of. They all help.

7) Positive affirmation
AS the saying goes…If you think you can, you can. If you think you can’t, you’re right again. This isn’t about ranting and raving. It is about keeping your mindset in a can and will do attitude.

8) Tell others of your Promise
If you really want to achieve what you say you do. Tell others. What better motivation is there than the thought of eating humble pie, with your tail curled back between your legs surrounded by the very people who would like nothing more than to say “I told you so”. Tell them your plans and commit to the success of them!

9) Envision the results
This is the fun part. Picture yourself already having achieved the goal. This feeling will stay with you. It is a pure step in the process when making these promises real and attainable.

10) Start
How do people climb mountain tops with incredible physical disabilities…one step or inch at a time. A football game is every inch. We cannot do more than begin. Once we have started, we are that much closer to reaching our goals… the very ones we now promise to ourselves.

Without your goals, we have nothing to aim for. If we have no destination, it matters not where we are going. Bill Dartman is a Guru in the personal development business and the sharing of his wisdom has certainly helped me in my MLM Success as I know it will in whatever your future endeavours are.
