My name is Peter and I’m the creator and author of this, my very own page, along with MLMstrokeoffortune.

If you are anything like me, you love making money and you possibly have an affiliation with the internet. Shortly, I will explain how I managed to combine both of those attributes together leading to massive life changes but first, let me tell you a little about myself.

 

 Over the years there has been a number of career choices made starting with the restaurant trade, a stint in the bank, a professional golfer, and executive management in tourism, sales, recruiting and all of that has been mixed in with numerous attempts to build a Network marketing business. 

The MLM business has been a constant frustration over the years with my first attempt being some 20 years ago that ended in a bang when I re located and changed careers which as you well know can sometimes distract you. And it did, but in all honesty it shouldn’t have stopped me. I guess, I like many loved excuses and the blame game was a regular event for me. Or at least it was. 

My second effort was slightly more fruitful with what I thought was the answer…. a product that everyone could benefit from. Well, by the time I had purchased enough product to service an army, made more calls than I can remember, became proficient at word art and leaflet drop offs, not to mention house parties and Ninja like prospecting expeditions… I lost the plot and walked away with my head held in shame, not to mention the debt. 

There is something to be said for persistence because faith landed another opportunity to do things right. 

A little over a year ago I had a stroke and I don’t share this lightly but as a ray of hope for others who have endured the same thing. It is also relevant to a number of other things that have since occurred. 

Would you believe taking ill 3 days before a cruise and a nervous proposal that was to be made along with it!

Delayed gratification and a bit of health is all it took and as you can see by the pic the wedding was sensational. If you haven’t cruised the South Pacific with a wedding party on the way to a secluded island for the ceremony, you should. (renewal of vowels included.) It’s the kind of memory that puts a constant smile on your face.

You may have noticed the name MLM Stroke Of Fortune. If you have gotten this far you will now understand more about the business name. 

In addition to the above, my brush with ill health coincided with my career in the recruitment industry. It was lead by some magnificent people and the personal development curves were enormous. The company also afforded me the opportunity to mentor, coach and train new people which was incredibly satisfying. There can be few better things than watching the growth of others and inspiring them to be the best they can be. 

This opportunity allowed me to build a substantial residual income and early retirement was so close you could nearly smell it. Two things happened. The first was my stroke and the second was the decline in our economy, in particular, the blue collar industry I was involved in. 

Now. Having said that….. If I did not have a healthy supply of residual income flowing into my coffers I would not have been able to take the 12 months off work to get my head back in the game so to speak…. If you need a reason to build a passive income, I’ve just given you one. Forget about what you can spend it on. Think about how it could save you!

In addition to the income, some very powerful shifts occurred on the personal front including a new understanding about what was actually important in my life. I won’t get into it but I think you get the picture. 

The last thing to mention about all this is that I have some very special people around me to whom I will be eternally grateful to for their unconditional support. This includes not just family but work colleagues as well. Great teams can indeed produce great results! 

Lastly again on this subject is to share with you something I have learnt which stated simply is this:

If you keep doing what you are doing, you will get the same results, you’ve got! 

When all said and done, and Plan B was born. 

I now embrace the internet and all its bare boned power and hidden secrets that it holds and all this from a NON techno guy. I was the ultimate dear with no eyes. (Hope you get that bit of Aussie humour) 

The plan escalated after meeting/finding a gentlemen by the name of David Woods here online who lives of all places in Alaska and has taken the MLM industry as I knew it by storm and it’s all done online. He has provided the knowledge, guidance and support needed to make this new venture into a very viable success solution. 

I discovered David like many others online, simply by persistence and ultimately by accident. What attracted me was the fact that there was no hard sell and the gentle reminder that ‘If It Is To Be It’s Up to Me”. The power is in my own hands. 

Who could believe that 25 new leads per day could be developed and all done inside only 3months by someone starting out with zero capital You see, free targeted leads are actually available to normal people like you and I. We just need to know how to find them! 

Talk about getting excited, the solution was found and now the rest is up to me. Hence my online journey has begun and the time to share the knowledge has arrived and if I could have it my way:Every person looking to escape the rat race would be given an opportunity to build the type of life they choose…. and not just accept the type of life that someone has chosen for them. 

Never let your dreams shrink to match your current reality. Swallow some pride, step out of your comfort zone, seek guidance and change your reality…. that’s what I’m doing and hope that you too will do whatever it takes to get where you really, really want to go.
